Maternity Journey
I was the project lead for this the ad-honorem research project.
The aim of the project was to find opportunity areas that the hospital could leverage on in order to improve the experience that pregnant women and couples go through when giving birth here. In order to achieve this, I conducted in-depth research interviews of couples of different ages, that had recently gone through child labor at the Hospital. I created the interview guides and conducted the field research and observation.
I analysed the data to create the maternity experience journey detailing all the steps of the process and the emotions felt throughout to uncover insights and find the opportunity spaces for the hospital to improve this life-changing experience.
